cadoneo takes on Model Performance, BIM management and BIM overall coordination. Lean, and tailored to your project's needs.
That is how the value of BIM becomes measurable for you.
Request a pilot projectYour projects are full of digital models.
How much of that reaches your decisions?
It's rarely the technology that's missing. What's missing is the translation into figures you can actually steer by, along with management and coordination aligned to that goal.
Services
We define with you which figures matter: cost, area, CO2e. From then on, it is measured, not estimated. Delivered through Model Performance Management.
Who delivers what, in which form, by when. Kept lean, so planning teams can plan instead of administrate. Delivered through BIM Management.
We check the discipline models continuously and track open items through to resolution. You won't need to ask where things stand. Delivered through BIM Overall Coordination.
From goal to decision
Six steps as one consistent chain of delivery.
Define goals
Define requirements for the models
Check model quality
Evaluate key figures
Produce reporting
Prepare decisions
The process follows how you work, not how a planning tool is built.
Measurability
Measured. Not described.
We derive the key figures from your targets and calculate them from the model. Measurement runs against target values and a baseline. So you always know where the project stands. Reporting is figure-driven: a traffic-light system and brief text notes instead of lengthy narrative reports.
Goals, model quality, evaluations and reporting come together in one place. You operate nothing yourself: you provide goals and baseline data, we take responsibility for review and upkeep. The dashboard content is AI-driven, from evaluation through to reporting. The dashboard is an open-BIM solution: built on the open IFC format, not a closed system.
